Shipping Errors And Lost Packages

Customer Supplied Incorrect Address
When a package is not delivered due to an error made by the customer in submitting the proper shipping address, Emerald Forest Xylitol Inc. will reship the package with corrected address and charge an additional shipping fee for the shipment, providing Emerald Forest Xylitol Inc. receives the package back from the shipping carrier.
